Hace unos días la ministra de Educación Adriana Delpiano informó que alrededor de 760 colegios a nivel nacional pasarán a tener gratuidad total gracias a la Ley de Inclusión Escolar.
La Región de Valparaíso es una de las que tiene mayor cantidad de colegios que pasarán a este nuevo formato con un total de 161 establecimientos.
El proceso del Ministerio de Educación es encabezado por la comuna de Viña del Mar con 36 establecimientos, luego viene Quilpué con 27 establecimientos y en tercer lugar Valparaíso, con veinte colegios.
En Quillota son siete los establecimientos que optaron por la gratuidad total para el 2016.
De acuerdo a lo informado por el sitio SoyChile.cl se trata del Colegio San Luis, Colegio Cristiano de Quillota, el Liceo Santiago Escutti Orrego, Liceo Agrícola Víctor Olguín, Colegio Valle de Quillota, Liceo Comercial de Quillota, y el Colegio Diego Echeverría Castro.
En el caso de La Cruz se trata del Liceo San Isidro y el Liceo Agrícola Rafael Lira Infante. En La Calera pasarán a ser gratuitos Colegio Fundadores, Colegio Antumapu, Jardín Infantil Burbujitas, Col. Parvulario Happy Children, Col. Teresa Brown de Ariztía, Colegio Adventista, Escuela de Párvulos Nenita, Colegio Becarb 2, Colegio Nº 46 Becarb.
