Uno de los mejores grupos que ha sacado Quillota en el último tiempo será el encargado de animar una nueva versión de la Fiesta de la Chaya.
Estamos hablando de La Bigote Cumbión, que este martes 10 de noviembre tendrá la tarea de hacer bailar a los quillotanos que lleguen a las 20:30 horas a la Plaza de Armas de Quillota.
En el Facebook municipal destacan a La Bigote Cumbión como «la sonora revelación del la Expo Feria «Yo Creo en Quillota».
Elías Amigo es el director artístico de «La Bigote» y comentó a DeQuillota.cl que «es el aniversario de la ciudad, así que tenemos que estar a la altura de lo que significa».
Adelantando lo que será su presentación de este martes, Amigo dijo que «estamos preparando un show bien movido, con cumbias de ayer y hoy, además de nuestros temas, que venimos tocando hace algún tiempo y que incluiremos en nuestro primer CD».
Hay que recordar que La Bigote Cumbión esta preparando con todo su primera producción, que debería salir el primer semestre del 2016.
Las actividades comenzarán con el concurso de los carros alegóricos a las 20:30 horas para luego elegir a la nueva Reina de Quillota entre siete finalistas.
Según informó el municipio quillotano la idea es celebrar en grande los 298 años de la ciudad creada con cariño.
