A eso de las nueve de la mañana salió un carro de la Segunda Compañía de Bomberos para asistir a un llamado de rescate vehicular debido a un accidente en O´higgins con Condell en Quillota.
Fueron tres vehículos menores los involucrados entre los que se contaban un colectivo, hecho que provocó dos lesionados.
La emergencia subió de nivel ya que uno de los automóviles derramó combustible, siendo controlado por los Bomberos.
De acuerdo al portal emergencias Quillota Calera, «los lesionados fueron inmovilizados por personal bomberil y derivados por una ambulancia hasta el Hospital San Martín de Quillota».
